mehendi ka rang diwali ke sang! :)

here goes another silly billy article - a day whn smit started cravin for mehendi :p
diwali was here .... n i happnd to go out with one of my closesttttesstt frien to have some fun...
and my eyees caught the mehendi wala .... but due to time constraints and diwali celebrations i had to curb my desire :(
and then i headed back home .. but mehendi was still on my mind .... :'( cravin was increasin every minute and started dreamin abou it ... it had been a very long time since i put mehendi ,the last time bein my cusin sis weddin .. it was like long long ago.. hushhh.!
i began my cribbin business at home and to my best frien sneha... and as always sneha a.k.a my advisor gave me some ideas... she tol me to ask my bro to take me to the mehendi wala and get it done .. so the plan started runnin on my mind ... cos it was difficul to ask my bro tocome along with me "brothers" ufff...
Saturday passed.... It was a bright sunday mehendi still on my mind :( and my cravin turned into pesterin my mom and sid (my bro) ... the irritation became untolerable to an extent that sid finally decided to take me on the bike .. hurray i succeeded in my plan.. huhuahhaa..
So Sid and I left home and mehendi all on my mind ;D , we finally reached the place at BDA complex where  there was this mehendi wala sittin in a corner ... but looked like my wait was indefinite... there was a gang of aunties already getting it put on their hands.. o noooooooo when will my turn comme :( they were sweet ladies all were sisters who had come to put mehendi for some occasion i dont remember wht they tol bec i was only concentrated on when will they finish and when i can sit.. hushh... then the uncle who had accompanied them told me there are a few more who are in the complx and whose turn is next .. OMG!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! We had no options but to wait wait n wait n wait ... aunties were entertainin they were makin fun pullin each others legs and we were having a nice time pass... but after a while we started gettin bored .. almost an hour passed by... Coincidentally i met my frien dhanya seen bsy shoppin in the complx i waved at her several times but she couldn see grrrrrrrr n i happend to give her call .. i told her about my icha of puttin mehendi n we had some fun talks and she left... yet another coincidence where my brother saw his college mate (fyi ; a gal) she waved at him and they too spoke but in some sign language which i couldn follow .. lol ! probably my bro was gettin embarrased as he was with his sis (thts me hmmm) poor sid ... Meanwhile uncle told me to choose the design and i was all set with it
After an hour and a half wait here comes my turn  ... hushhhhhh !!!! i was very excited to see the mehendi bhaiyya embose the design on my hand .. very artistic.. i too wanna learn it nowwwwwwwwwwwww.... its so much fun to see him put mehendi effortless... He was done with puttin mehendi on both my hands and he took almost 20 - 25 mins ... it costed about 150 per hand .. costly !! but i dint want to bargain and loose the joy i was experiencing n so did not allow money to come in the way of my happiness :P                                                                                                 
My happiness had now no bounds to it !!! Sid was finally pissed off but he was helpless tooo he had to carry all my stuffs and i was like a vip ... and on our way back on the bike i was meddlin wit my hands , funnily holdin it in different ways so as to not mess up the fresh mehendi on my hands... n the ppl aroun were starin at my stunts.. but who cares, all the care and attention was on my hands....
We reached home and i started flauntin my mehendi hands to my mom , dad and friends ... :))) happy happy happy!! mehendi dalne ki icha puri hogayi... my soul was content and satisfied and mehendi finally out of ma mind :D

I call this Mamble -- maggi plus scramble !I was boredddddddddddddd and really borreddddddddd .. bored to death!!! I happend to see this master chef India the program hosted by Akshay KuMAR on the Star plus ( I like the austrial master chef though)

So wat happens izzzzzzzzzzzzz i got soooooooooooooooooooooooooo inspireddddddddddddd that..............

I decided to coook!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! lol!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! There was nothin strikin my mind .. was toooooooo hungry as usual there was magi packets so thought to coook magi but then remembered my friend tellin me about egg and magi combo so thought to try it out !! In no time called my friend and asked the recipe and quickly started off with my experimentation........... prepared scrambled egg and mixed with magi , i know its nothing great... but it was niceee coz i got inspired due to my boredom nd the cookery show so did something hatke to pass my time ... i dint have much time for creativity cos my tummy was soooo sooo cravin for foood and here u can see the result of experimentin cookin with Smit lol!

day out with pavi!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Here goes my firstttttttttt blog!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! :)))))) ---- >> A DAYOUT WITH PAVI !! what a day!

I started off to pavi's place on my dio from banshankari 3rd stage (thts wher i stay ;) )

the weather was cold n pleasant n breeezyyyy! After about 45 mins I reached the destination where my friend Pavi a.k.a Pavithra Shenoy stays (i.e. near forum the big bazar side). 

It was aroun 1 pm in the noon we started off with all our stories in her room. She told me about her frienz n the fun she has @hp n me as usual tol about stories of my MS classes and happenins @office nd gossipped about this frien nd that guy and this girl blah blah blah!!!! 

Then she shows me her two sarees she got from mangalore they were awesome and as usual she flaunted aroun drapin them on askin hw she looks etccc , meanwhile met another friend of hers who stays in the same pg name - Sneha (happens to be one of my best friends name too ;) ) it was nice meetin her sweet gal! 

Baaton baaton main time ka pata nahi chala .. and it started drizzlin tooo ... me n pavi had lunch @ her place and then aroun 3 we started off to  destination - jaynagar lol!!!!! 

Well the agenda being accessories for her sarees ... n the huntin began! I hyped a lot to her about Bhavani Kangan for the jewellery on our way to that place. But Alas!! pavi's legs get caught nd her slipper was in a bad shape but we did some R&D and managed to fix it with a PEN hurrayyy nd we two step into this place Bhavani Kangan  n omg it was so crowded!!!!!! and since it was pavi's first time she freaked out literally! lol but then we got immersed in checkin out the stuffs that suit her sarees things were really expensive n finally got a set of bangles which was kundan and gold plated and went very well wit one of her sarees ended up payin aroun 275 bucks for tht ! I too strolled around a bit and got some bangles for myself too ! We then stepped out of that place and it was a sigh of relief  as we were finally out of that place hushhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh!!! 

We then headed to few shops to give for stitching  dint like any!!!!! and all were in the diwali mood and some were too crappy!!  but decided to give in one of the places as we dint have much choice and time left.. although we werent tooo satisfied :( , we then went hunting for few more accessories inside bda complex of jaynagar 4th block, its like our adda!! all time fav .. so many things for a lil price so much of our standard :D 

As usual we ended buyin toooo many accessories yippppe we were happy but still not content and no time left it was almost 7 pm in the night!!! we had to rush ... 

I had a cravin for drinkin coffee the one which we get at Maiyya's again credit goes to my best friend Sneha for introducin to me to that place :P so both of us had strong coffee and thought we will head back 

But both of our eyes caught hold of a boutique and we jus happend to enter there , we were really happy with the lady in there she was very sophisticated and composed and not like any of the other tailors we came across and finally we decided that "THIS" is the right place and decided to give our materials for stitch... !! 

We still were hungry so decided to have chats at a place named some Sagar -- dont exactly remember the name! I had a Special Sev Puri and pavi had a special Chat Item. Tummies were now happy 

Time to go home!!!!!!!! Two content souls headed back to their home sweet homes !!
